Recently, a stray cat has been coming by every other day or so. I've seen him around the neighborhood before and the neighbor across the street feeds him sometimes. But for whatever reason this house just seems to attract wild animals. He's an orange tabby with white socks, probably only about a year old at most, but he already has all sorts of scratches on his nose. It's quite pitiful. So now he has at least two people feeding him. He'll come right up to you and meow for pets so I can only assume he already has an actual home he's supposed to be living in. Earlier this week he came by in the evening so I set out a can of food for him, premium because my own cat has a particular diet. I don't think he made it halfway through though before a possum slithered in from around the corner and decided he wanted some too. They didn't even fight. The cat politely stepped aside and waited for his dinner to be finished off so he could have the crumbs. He wasn't meant for the streets.

Also included was a pair of shoes that will not fit me no matter how much I try, so I've given them to Honeybear King instead. No he hasn't been forgotten in the slightest!! And the tea is VERY good, hot or iced! I think hot is better though, because I don't have to use as much at the same time so it will last longer. It smells great too...I have to ration it.
I'm going to track down the postman that decided to use this box for soccer practice that day though! They're always destroying my packages!
