I'm not even excited about the Roost, it's just too late to try to fix a bad game.

The weather is cooling off really quickly. Winter used to be my favorite season, but now I think it's fall. Since I don't have school to look forward to anymore, or all of the rituals that coincided with it, I have lots of opportunities to make up stuff for me to do so that time actually feels like it's moving forward. For the last couple of years I've celebrated the 21st Night of September. Halloween is just ok, and unless me and my friends plan something big, and we rarely do, there's not really much build-up to it. Well, I'll think of something.
Anyway, since the weather was good this weekend, I painted some hands and feet. Full body blushing is not something I do, because the joints just rub away all of the sealant and hard work. But I do like painting hands and feet. Since my newest doll has many, it took a little while. Actually most of these parts were purchased secondhand and came before the doll did. I just painted the whole batch at the same time, but I probably won't do that again since I ended up overlooking a few spots. Also, I initially planned on painting the nails lavender, or maybe some kind of interesting design. But in the end I went for something very plain! I have a duplicate set of hands I can experiment on later. But overall I'm pretty happy with the results. It looks much cuter on a fully clothed doll though!
