wow i love toys
#1Well, it's been a while since I did an entry here and now's as good a time as any. Mostly things have been pretty uneventful, which is honestly a good thing. But I actually have so many things I want to talk about, I just never bother to sit down and write properly! So I'll just quickly say that the trip I went on with my friends last month was fine. I've got some complaints but not today.
Recently, I got hooked on Kokuyo's Bobbin washi tape...system. I try very hard to avoid useless desk and stationery accessories because they just get in the way and are rarely ever actually useful. But I just knew this one would be different. And honestly the design is really nothing short of genius. All it does is take bigger washi tape rolls and...make them smaller. But hear me out, something about the process is heart fluttering. When you're done, you can even stack them together. Sometimes it's really the simple things in life that keep you going.
But anyway, I've been chatting with hat about dolls a lot lately. This is my formal endorsement. She's very knowledgable! In April I ordered an FCS SD, and with some delays she finally arrived the other week. This is my second time owning an SD sized doll, and while I think overall I still prefer smaller sizes, I think she's just perfect. I still maintain that I don't intend on aquiring more dolls. I wanted to try Volk's FCS since...forever, but it's really expensive. Luckily I was very fortunate to be laid off at the end of last year, but I was allowed to keep my work laptop, which I promptly sold. I used the money to buy a doll instead of feeding myself!
I'm joking of course. I'm a financially responsible adult. Yeah...
