Another year, another advent calendar! I'm starting with next year's doll plans again because this is a really easy way to ease into things again. I'm also sticking to themed weeks again!
Purchases
Aside from Volks Nayu, nothing is on my wishlist right now!!! Crazy, right?! The same dolls as last year remain on my wishlist (still not washing out!), but I actually want to downsize a bit before I welcome any new dolls into my life. I'm not pruning my collection! But I do have some clothes, accessories, and wigs that I should probably let go of. If anyone reading this wants first dibs, feel free to email me, otherwise I'm sure you can find my sales posts in the usual places.
Sewing and Crafting
I...still want to have matching outfits for me, Haupia and Lemon Chiffon Cake! I've actually been practicing pattern drafting the last couple of months. I've not completed any full projects yet, it's been a hassle getting my materials in order so I can make what I want without having to track down anything specific.
I've also been enjoying learning about teddy making recently. Teddy bears are dolls once you dress them up, and since QLYwork's Bebe does not seem to be available for order anytime soon, might as well make my own! I'm hoping to share my progress later in the calendar, but 2026 might be teddy year.
Photography
Once again, I would like to try more outdoor photography next year! I had fun trying it last year, even though I only went out a couple of times. But it was the most public I've ever been with dollfoto. It absolutely requires a helper though!!
Community
I'm happy with my current dollsa and I have no intentions of making new friends next year. Still, I would like to make good use of door B (Door B? doorb?? Dorb???), a side project that me and hat are working on. Perhaps another Resinpilled Dollcel will be in the works?
Oh...I have no big plans next year, do I? The future is uncertain, so I want to keep things simple and vague, but achievable. Then there will be no disappointment! Anyway, here is an unposted photo from this year.
